Office cleaning: what a regular clean covers

Before the first visit we agree a task list and a visit frequency with you. A typical regular office clean includes:

• Desks and work surfaces — cleared surfaces wiped, and high-touch points such as door handles, light switches and shared equipment cleaned.
• Kitchens and breakout areas — worktops, sinks and the outside of appliances cleaned, and the area left ready for the next day.
• Washrooms — toilets, basins and fittings cleaned and sanitised.
• Floors — carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped.
• Bins — emptied and relined.
• Reception and meeting rooms — tidied and cleaned so they are ready for visitors.

Anything specific to your premises goes on the list too, and the list changes when your needs do.

Commercial cleaning beyond the office

• Shops, studios and other business premises — cleaned around your opening hours.
• One-off deep cleans — before a lease ends, after a refurbishment (after-builders cleaning) or to reset a space.

Regular contract cleaning or a one-off clean

Regular cleaning runs on a schedule you choose, with the same agreed task list on every visit. One-off cleans — deep cleans, after-builders cleans and end-of-lease cleans — are quoted separately. We work Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm, with same-day and weekend availability.

3. You get a fixed written quote. One price for the agreed schedule, before any work starts.
4. Cleaning starts on the agreed date. The scope can be adjusted as your business changes.

Our base is in Walthamstow (E17), and our teams work across east, central and west London — including Stratford, Ilford, Canary Wharf, Mayfair, Chelsea, Kensington, Fulham and Hammersmith — and in Essex towns such as Romford, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Basildon and Southend-on-Sea.

How the price is worked out

Commercial cleaning is usually priced per visit or per hour. The figure depends on the floor area, the type of premises, how often you need a clean and what the task list includes. We give you a fixed price for the agreed schedule after a free, no-obligation assessment — no hourly meter running on top.

Frequently asked questions

Can you clean our office outside working hours?

We work Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm, including weekends — so cleans can be booked before you open, after you close (until 8pm) or at the weekend.

Can you do a one-off deep clean of our office?

Yes. Alongside regular cleaning we do one-off deep cleans — for example before a lease ends, after a refurbishment (after-builders cleaning) or to reset a space that has fallen behind.

Are your cleaners vetted and insured?

Yes. Our cleaners are DBS-checked, and we hold £5m public liability and £10m employers' liability insurance.
