Enquiries & quotations

• Submitting an enquiry or requesting a callback does not create a contract. It is a request for us to contact you.
• Any indicative figures discussed before a survey are estimates only. A binding price is given as a written quotation after a confidential assessment of the property.
• Work only proceeds once you have accepted a written quotation and agreed a date.

Using this website

• We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
• Content, branding and images on this site belong to London Cleaning Experts and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our services are covered separately by the quotation and service agreement you accept, and by our insurance.
