What we collect

We do not ask for, or want, special-category data. Please share only what you are comfortable with; the postcode and situation fields are optional.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including our website host and email provider (Hostinger) and, only where you have consented to cookies, Google (Analytics and Ads). Google may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you accept them — we use Google Consent Mode, so nothing non-essential is stored until you choose “Yes” on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie choices” link in the site footer. Declining leaves the site fully working.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and for our reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@londoncleaningexperts.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we’d appreciate the chance to help first.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.
